I am a high-level thinker who continuously adapts to a constantly changing digital world by navigating complexity. Following my intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in people, I have acquired a deeper knowledge of UX methodologies and tools through both education and hands-on experience.
I have very strong visual and technical skills that I developed in the past 15 years in many aspects of art and design. Illustration, graphic design, print, packaging, digital and fine art have all been my tools for curiosity and exploration into the human psyche and organized societies. I have loved all of them and I have been taught great lessons from each discipline. It is this vast experience combined with my high levels of empathy that led me to the fascinating world of UX design. My very reflective nature and emotional intelligence are constantly evolving while I also develop a fine art practice (feliciaart.com). This is not a hobby but my purpose and UX sits within this purpose.
I appreciate teams made out of real and humble humans who truly care about the user experience into functional design. My approach involves leveraging human insight and craftsmanship to serve technology and business to address challenges that we all encounter in our interaction with the digital world.
